Governing Law and Jurisdiction. These Terms of Use shall be governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. For any cause of action not subject to arbitration, the parties consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Texas.

15. Limitation on Time to File Claims

Any cause of action or claim you may have arising out of or relating to these Terms of Use or the Website must be commenced within one (1) year after the cause of action accrues, otherwise, such cause of action or claim is permanently barred.
